'Toofan 2.0' anti-drug campaign
launched in Thrikkur Grama Panchayat
As part of efforts to strengthen anti-drug awareness and preventive measures, the anti-drug campaign ‘Operation Toofan 2.0 – The Narco Hunt’ has been launched under the leadership of the Thrikkur Grama Panchayat.
The function held at the Thrikkur Grama Panchayat office was inaugurated by Grama Panchayat President Smt. Sundari Mohandas. Vice President Shri Paulson Thekkumpidika presided over the event.
As part of the campaign, The hoisting of the 'Toofan' flag, the distribution of badges to 'Toofan Warriors', and the screening of an anti-drug video were also organized.
The primary objective of the campaign is to create public awareness about the harmful effects of substance abuse and to strengthen collective efforts to protect the younger generation from it.

Grama Panchayat members, Puthukkad police officers, students from various schools within the panchayat limits, volunteers from voluntary organizations, and local residents participated in the event.
